Gundagai Meat Processors (GMP) is a Quality Accredited meat processor located on the outskirts of the town of Gundagai, New South Wales.

GMP is a family owned and operated domestic abattoir processing lambs and associated value-added products and skins. GMP carries out service processing for a national food retailer. Apart from carcass, GMP's output includes boned meat and value-added product.
